Maybe it’s my obsession with a good design deal, or maybe I’m still reeling from the loss of that big red bullseye up here in Canada, but this new collaboration has me super excited! Introduced last week in Stockholm, this collaboration from Ikea and Ilse Crawford utilizes natural materials and simple forms to create a refreshing, clean and modern collection that ticks all the boxes.
A combination of cork, glass and natural fibres, the Sinnerlig collection includes 30 products designed to blend seamlessly into the daily lives of any design aesthetic. What really caught my attention was how simple and elegant these pieces come across while undoubtedly hitting a great price point. Form and function are both well represented and will hold their own amidst many design staples. I’m looking forward to getting my hands on this collection, and fingers crossed that this becomes a new standard for the retailer.
